"R&R" (Read & Renew) Book Club
READ. MOVE. PRAY.
The R&R Book Club is a unique community where we dig deeper into God's Word and embrace 3 John 1:2 -- to "enjoy good health... even as your soul prospers." Connect with other women as we read and discuss a book or devotional that strengthens us mentally, spiritually and physically.
How does it work?
Membership in the R&R Book Club is FREE!
New book selections occur throughout the year. We choose from Bible or book studies, spiritual development resources, and occasionally biographies or Christian fiction.
Unlike traditional book clubs, you have the option to join us in a weekly Keola® Moving Meditation—a time of Scripture-based mindful, restorative stretching and movement.
Book Club members have the opportunity to join our private Facebook group where we engage in on-going discussion about our current reading and receive encouragement and accountability in our daily movement by setting small, attainable goals related to the topic we’re studying. These goals may be movement-related, total daily steps or even implementing key principles from the book or study.
Each book study ends with a Meet Up!
Book club members will have access to:
● Weekly book discussion meetings with moving meditations to soak in the Word
● Private Facebook group to build encouragement, community and connection
with other group members throughout the study
● Scripture devotions, reflections and discussions
● Invitation to a virtual Meet Up specifically designed for the book study's topic
*Participants will be required to purchase their own book.
Choose to read a hardcopy book or listen to the audiobook version.

Book Study Testimonials
"You will leave empowered..."
"I recently completed the Fervent Study conducted by certified Revelation Wellness instructor Adrienne M. Edge, and I am a better person because of it. Although I had owned and began reading Priscilla Shirer's, Fervent, numerous times, joining Adrienne's study was the motivation I needed to finally sit and complete it.
After the first session, I realized that I was getting more than an opportunity to simply discuss a book and get physically active. I got a community of sisters that reminded me that we are more alike than we are different, we struggle but we are not alone, and we need each other. I needed more than what I got out of the book. I needed the experiences, the encouragements, and the empathy shared with one another.
Adrienne does a great job of creating a community where you can see the light in others as well as be the light for others. If you ever get an opportunity to participate in a study conducted/hosted by Adrienne Edge, I highly recommend it! You will leave empowered."
