As a certified Christian fitness instructor, I bring grace, freedom and fun to each class, along with Biblical teaching and Scripture meditation to offer a unique Christ-centered experience for all ages.

I am personally inviting you to come join an amazing community of families who are seeking God in our pursuit of health and wellness. There's something for the entire family!

Faith-Based Fitness Classes

Our weekly fitness classes help strengthen your body while training your heart and mind to follow Jesus.

These 40-minute classes range from cardio, strength training, drumsticks, kickboxing, and more! Each class ends with a time of stretching, Scripture meditation and prayer. Join us this fall in our Virtual Studio as we move, sweat and shine for Him! Classes are open to everyBODY and all fitness abilities!

Fall 2024: Mondays, 6:30-7:15pm EST (Zoom)

  • Session 1: September 16-October 21 (6 weeks)

  • Session 2: November 4-December 9 (6 weeks)

Participants will have the option to also participate in an accompanying Book/Bible Study or reading plan. Details will be shared in our Facebook Community.

Cost:

  • 6-Week Session: $55

  • Drop-in: $10/class

“Ready to SHINE”: Initial Session

One Session | 75 minutes

This one-time session is the perfect jumpstart when you are Ready to Shine— but aren’t quite ready to commit to a full coaching package.

This 75-minute session, introduces you to the health coaching experience. We will discuss your health history and gain clarity on a specific area(s) you would like to improve. We will set specific goals in that area and develop a customized plan of action (POA) to achieve them. This session is great for those who would like to dip their toes into the coaching “waters”.

How it works:

  • Send me up to three recipes that you would like to “healthify”.

  • I will review and revamp your recipes to meet your desired health goals without sacrificing flavor.

  • We will meet in a live Zoom session to review the changes made and how you can sustain a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying your favorite foods!
